The Earth spins around the Sun at 67k mph, which means that in my lifetime, I've traveled a relative distance of 13.4b miles, give or take a few thousand. It would take 20 hours moving at the speed of light to cover that distance, approximately 145 times the distance between the Sun and Earth.

That we have any control over our lives is an illusion. But, we can feel the light traveling from lifetimes away, a testament to the wonder of our existence. We are all stardust, appreciating the warmth from whence we came.

The benefits of expressing viewpoints under anonymity are vast. Any idea can be tested without fear. A thought experiment may be taken literally or misunderstood, but it will not linger with a name. However, I am not anonymous; I am me. With that understanding, I will keep my thoughts solely accountable to myself, wholly unbridled from being anything more or less.

This is not a diary; here, I instead intend to construct a map of my thoughts so they may be recorded, followed, critiqued, and experienced. I'm looking for connections, jumping from one road to the next, holding a destination in mind yet never envisioning the end. My hope is that it inspires and provokes. My hope is that I can learn more about myself from what others may find in me.

Do NOT trust anything written by Brian Morris (this includes circinfo.net) - he is a KNOWN circumfetishist (that means exactly what you think it means) and member of the Gilgal Society, a sick society that admits to open sexual fascination with circumcision. He twists facts and writes flat out lies to promote circumcision for all. He is a very sick man. Run, fast, away from his websites.

Actually, every single person interested in stopping circumcision should flock to his sites. Read everything you can by this man. Recognize his claims, poke holes in the logic, attack it with counter-arguments, and better prepare yourself to defend genital integrity. Recognize that societies like Gilgal exist and are taken seriously by some medical practitioners. Get to know the other side of the issue. When discussing circumcision with a doctor, a spouse, a parent, or a friend, you need to be ready to defend your ground with evidence. Use his sites as a mock conversation, a testing ground per say. Some of these resources are hosted on anti-circumcision websites. As a university student, I have access to the primary sources for these articles/books and can verify their accuracy; however, I am unable to link the primary source because an access passcode is needed to use the EBSCOhost database.

Just to clarify, I was circumcised as an infant and I despise it. No one had the right to alter my body without my consent. In fact, any operation without content is a violation, unless an immediate medical emergency is declared and the patient is unable to communicate. I’ll fight until the end to keep circumcision from happening to others against their will. I wish I had a whole body to offer others, but instead, both pleasure and function were stollen from me. How could I ever be OK with that? In my opinion, the only people who endorse circumcision are the ignorant, indifferent, or malicious.
